All products listed by EuroAsia RND are supplied strictly for research use only. Products must be handled only by qualified professionals trained in laboratory safety and used solely in properly equipped research facilities in accordance with all applicable laws.
3. Quotations and Inquiries
Product listings and any prices shown are indicative and do not constitute an offer to sell. All transactions proceed on an inquiry and quotation basis. A quotation issued by EuroAsia RND is an invitation to treat and does not create a binding contract until we confirm acceptance of an order in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or if no period is stated, for thirty days.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping, insurance and handling unless expressly stated otherwise. Availability is subject to stock and lot status at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to correct errors and to revise pricing or availability without prior notice.
5. Orders and Acceptance
An order is accepted only when EuroAsia RND issues a written order confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where required compliance information has not been provided, or where supply would be unlawful.
6. Regulatory Compliance and End Use
The buyer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for the intended research and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing and institutional requirements governing the import, possession, handling, storage, use and disposal of the product. The buyer confirms that products will be used only for lawful research purposes, will not be resold or supplied for use in humans or animals, and will not be used to manufacture any regulated therapeutic, food or consumer product.
7. Documentation
A Certificate of Analysis, a Safety Data Sheet, and available quality documentation, including ISO or GMP information where applicable, are provided on request. Documentation relates to specific lots and is provided for research reference only.
8. Intellectual Property
Product names, brand names and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference purposes only. Such use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the trademark owners. Nothing on this website grants any licence to any intellectual property rights.
9. Warranties and Disclaimer
Products are supplied as research materials. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroAsia RND disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any product is suitable for a specific application beyond the specifications stated on the applicable Certificate of Analysis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroAsia RND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, and the total liability of EuroAsia RND arising out of or in connection with any product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Shipping and Hazardous Materials
Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. Some products may be classified as hazardous and are subject to additional handling, packaging and transport requirements. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that its facility can lawfully receive and handle such materials.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EuroAsia RND is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The governing jurisdiction should be confirmed with legal counsel.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your inquiry applies to that inquiry.
