Raleukin

Raleukin is an engineered recombinant IL-2 analogue designed to preferentially engage the intermediate-affinity IL-2Rbeta-gamma receptor on effector T cells and NK cells while reducing binding to the high-affinity IL-2Ralpha (CD25) receptor on immunosuppressive regulatory T cells. This selectivity improves the therapeutic index for immune stimulation without excessive Treg expansion.
