Daraxonrasib

Daraxonrasib (RMC-6236) is a first-in-class non-covalent KRAS(ON) inhibitor that forms a tri-complex with cyclophilin A (CYPA) as a molecular glue, selectively inhibiting the active (GTP-bound) form of RAS across multiple oncogenic variants including KRAS G12D, G12V, G12C, G13D, and wild-type KRAS in RAS-amplified settings. Phase III trials (RASolve) in PDAC and NSCLC are actively enrolling.
